I would like to see a trap that makes your repair time counter go from 5 minutes to 15 minutes for 6 hours. It would be extremely annoying, i'll admit. but it would be one more deterrent for ppl not to attack you. Maybe make it a planet trap so that your population can try to grow as they wait to repair from your defenses.

I could see that working as a planet trap; I know people don't want to put attack on a planet because they don't think it'll slow a person down enough.

lol. yeah, im one of those ppl. a 5 minute timer is enough time for around 5-8 population to regrow.

PvP is very weak in this game and this is another thing that deters it...attacking people is what makes it fun. It is also independent enough from the mission oriented play-style to not deter you too much.

I would not mind getting hit with this trap when invading a planet, and i would not mind setting this trap on one of my planets. It could even be an NPC drop.

ecept for the fact that even at 15 minute repair timer, you'd still be able to repair faster than the planet regens pop, not to mention, one engineered virus makes it totally useless.

Yeah, but it could buy some time for you to log back on. Not necessarily, but possibly. I'd use it, it'd at least be worth a shot.

Still have repair drones:P Not to mention 99% of planets aren't going to do that much damage.
I think the real annoying trap was this post.
Why don't you just ask for a trap that deletes your account and get it over with.

Yes, it wouldn't necessarily help, but it would be worth a shot. All of my good planets could disable most people around my rank.

I don't know about anyone else but my shields don't even go done most of the time when attacking a planet.

Yeah, that's because most people don't bother with putting attack on a planet. I usually do, partly because my attack structures are a lot better than my defense ones, so that's better for stopping the invasion at least.
