 change to containment cages and missiles

I propose returning containment cages to 3 a shipment and also making missiles come in pairs, at the cost that they can only remove 1 hour at a time.
Edit: the reason is that calming amplifiers (lasting 12 hours and costing 5 energy) can be taken down with 1 missile, and that defeats the whole purpose of the truce effect.

I would agree to that only if truce artifacts also effected NPC play.

I think they're rather fine the way they are, both tend to be rather uncommon artifacts, but missles do tend to be more common than cages, at least in my pulls, and I think that ultimately is what unbalances cages over all. If missles were less common than cages it might be a different story, but ultimately, cages are typically used for when you log out. It's realy just one more layer of protection your making them get through to dissable you, for when your away for extended periods of time. The only other reason to use them when your logged on is if your in a loosing fight that you no longer want to participate in, and odds are, if you have that many people comming at you, they're gonna have access to a missle anyways.

I dissagree with this. PVP is already having a hard enough time as it is, we don't need to nerf it more.

Do you mean the Calming Amplifier?

If so:
Yeah, somebody's going to have missile, I only use a Calming Amplifier just to make somebody waste a Containment Missile to take it down, 'cause that's how I roll.
