O.k. I got to thinking about it. And I've noticed that sometimes someone alerts to a planet that would be good to either conquer or (if uninhabited) colonize on. While sometimes these are truly worthless occasionally there are some fairly nice ones that they themselves might not be able to use or conquer do their size etc.

So that got me to thinking that since these planets usually drop off my page prior to my making the next available level to acquire a new planet that it might be nice to have an artifact that allowed you to "SCAN" the planet and have it remain in your planetary list.

Because of the nature of this artifact it would have to be relatively rare or expensive to use GP's for. But I know I'd make use of it.
