For those times when a guild just has it in for you and your firstborn. When used, your ship cannot attack or be attacked for 48 hours (I believe this is the limit on the news log). As a tradeoff, your ship will not be able to guard any planets. This would be immune from the containment missile.

or just modify the existing calming to be immune to containment if they have no actions in the last 24... you can easily tell who. then make it removable by containment missile for everyone else.

Good point on making it tied to the timing of your last offensive action. Another thing would be the ability to limit how often they're drawn. Personally I'd hate to have a dozen or so of these things sitting around when those AP's could have been rolled on something more useful. Say after 3 it dosen't draw anymore or something like that.

I've played Alliance-side on WoW servers, I know what it's like to eat a faceful of boot over and over again. It's not particularly tasty.

the existing one is worthless.

for the calming, if there was a way to remove it yourself that would be a big plus.
