Now that raiding has become quite useful, I would like the choice of surrendering a raid in return of stopping my ship from being disabled. What I mean by this is that if another player is kicking my butt but I don't want to be disabled, you have the choice that if your hull drops below 10% you "surender" preventing your ship from being disabled but giving your attacker 1 free raid.

no, not unless there is a yes/no prompt for the attacker. clicking yes will close the attack window and award points viewable in the log. closing the window in battle tab removes the ship from the list so it may have the intended effect. if the ship is from an alert and attacks a second time they should have a 1 hour truce with this person only. otherwise it could be exploited and you get disabled anyway.
