Interrogation Center

 Dan,
I was wondering if we could implement some of the artifacts that are restricted to ships 65-200 could be rolled forward into higher level enemy NPCs. My best example is the Interrogation Center that drops from Svax. I havent received this NPC post level 200 so I presume that its appearance is tied to that level limit. |

personally, I think all of the ships that drop artifacts should appear as matched to those that are too high a level to fight the normal ship, unless an equivalent artifact that is stronger is available to them and is as common or not more rare according to your perspective.

ya for some of us the artifacts were never avalible to recive..... would be nice to have acsses to some of those artifacts that we never see or have never had a chance to see.
