Prioritize filters on planet page

I'd like to be able to set my filters so that I can sort by:
Control
Size
Best Resource
Type
in that order of weighting. It's nice that we can at least sort it one category at a time, but this would help tremendously when people have 50+ worlds to sift through.

you can do all of this
"You Very large Mining Barren"
And boom all of the planets that are Very large Barren with their best recourse being Mining that are controlled by you show up.
