would it be possible to get an artifact that reset all the npc and current enemies in the battle tab? i constantly see the same top legions in the battle tab. Dysonians, Republic of orion, and Doo2. if im very lucky ill get some random other.

Our PvP stance (or lower Rank) has us at a disadvantage of not knowing this is happening during the game.

Could the Legion Size / Average Legion Rank / Average Legion Strength of your own Legion be the filter by which the Battle tab selects other Legions for a player to choose to Battle with?

It is unfortunate to think all that awaits is the hope of "some random other" Legion for players with offensive postures to engage against after having advanced to the Rank where this begins happening, and such an esteemed-but-nefarious list of Untouchables or Kill on Sights be all there is for that player to select their due pain from!
