Planets tab filtering extra option.

As the title implies it would be useful to have an extra option, that being "Free (that is not colonized yet) planet". Wouldn't it ? _________________ "Life is not that complicated. Actually you can get away with just typing "unoc", unless there's a planet in your scans that has "unoc" in the name.
