This would be one of the most valuable Spy probes in the game, but i think it would be a great idea. i like to raid people so spy probe cargo is pretty useful, except it only lists minerals, it doesnt list artifacts in the cargo. But the Spy Probe - Research would be great for hackers so they can see whether or not their desired target is worth hacking. This probe would definently need to be the most rare of the spy probes and cost a lot more artifact points than the others.
