So...Facebook has disabled my account, without any warnings, nor did they even send an email saying WHY my account was disabled... The only thing I can think of is I shared a video that I found on my news feed that showed *gasp* bare breasts *gasp!* (It was a Rodney Carrington performance, and some chicks (as well as some guys) were flashing him)

Needless to say, I'm quite pissed at the moment, but so far have not heard back from Facebook....

One of the reasons I'm really P-O'd is the fact that I have spent money on some games (including GL) and if they don't restore my account, then I may as well have just tossed
that money out the window...

Is there anyway to login to GL without going through FB? If they won't restore my account and I have to create another, is there anyway I can get my GL data moved tied
to a different FB account?

i saw that Vid too, was hilarious. i was thinking about sharing it, but seems i was lucky i didnt. Anywho i think you cant because its a FB app, but im sure Dan can tell you for sure

Weird fact: every time I log off of the forum it logs me out of facebook, but I don't actually have to be logged in to facebook to play GL.

Should make an iPhone app too....

dont feel bad, had to re-verify my account through facebook due to some *cough**censored**cough* reporting it as being "fake" which ofcourse required me to submit either a CC number(yea not giving that site anything even remotely like that) or through my cell phone(the option i chose..which i quickly removed my cell phone number from my account once verified as facebook has a habit of taking liberties with peoples information)

so yea, i think it would be nifty to be able to play with out using facebook as a middleman

I would like to play it outside of facebook as well. It's getting harder and harder to get around the IP block they have here at work. They find and smash proxies pretty fast. Heh.

Starfleet Command has an off-site play area as well, no clutter from the FB console either. It works well.
