An artifact that gives exotic matter?

 Yes I am suggesting an artifact (Exotic Matter Containment Canister) that gives about 20-60 exotic matter.
Either having the ability to come from artifact shipments or dropped from an NPC (or both). |

Your gonna need it soon, there are missions that cost 750 of it PER CLICK(not sure what else to call it)
