Seriously have to keep scrolling pages and it resets to the first page when you have to REPAIR and INSTALL.... its retarded. People might not PERMANENTLY QUIT if there was a Fix ALL/install button or at the very f@$%ing least let the pages not RESET every time you have to click on two actions. I've whined and cried and complained about this for YEARS and NOTHING GETS DONE EVER>
PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN PLEASE LISTEN
GET THE POINT yet? How many Tens of thousands of times do people have to BEG for the most basic function to be able to properly repair their ships without having to scroll 1,000 pages to get to the items they want to repair & reinstall with two clicks which means you have to scroll 30 $%&% pages each time you want to fix something specific?
Does the INSANITY ever end?

- minus whatever your number of 'please listens' is
a LSB should not have this problem since they can keep everything online.
only an MSB / SSB has to worry about this, and it is part of the trade.off for a lower damage cap.
it can be moderated by being very selective about which modules you choose to swap in and out .. as well as being selective about which mods you install on your ship in the first place.
is it annoying ?? hellya. does it need to be fixed over other issues ? hellno.

How long were you inactive for this time, for it to be this big of a hassle? Stop the back to first page crap, sure that's something a lot of us wouldn't mind seeing, but it's not an urgency for LSB's(as we generally don't uninstall #&$#) and for SSB/MSB, that's their price for low decks. So the only reason you can even be this amped up would be that you missed upkeep 9-10 times, breaking all modules or you went inactive again. Either reason doesn't warrant an ALL CAPS complaint. Just collect shipments more often, increase your mining to the point you can afford several days > a weeks worth of upkeep from 24 hours mining production & most important of all, login every 8 hours. Doing these things should mean you never need to uninstall/re-install/repair any broken ship modules ever again, let alone go through pages and pages.

I find it annoying in general and would just rather have it stick as a convenience, but if you have a bunch of items to repair you can repair them all at once by sorting on Options, makes it a bit easier.

5 minutes to change this seriously. I can't believe there are responses like "zomg would detract from other updates". I feel it does warrant an ALL CAPS complaint seeing as the concept has been around for well over 3 years and not been acted on. I realize some people get in a total twist over caps and can't handle any amount of caps in which case it wasn't meant to offend but simply reflect the desire for an old request to be implemented.
When someone quits for a few months a year... shouldn't be your business. People should be able to repair easier regardless. I'm sorry there's a few of you who seem to think 5 minutes to change something is a calamity and will bring on Armageddon/Ragnarok.
I realize this game is 500% clicking but some things are ridiculous and I doubt it'd take away from gameplay to make this change. If 5 minutes is too much... you people are too far gone. If it affecting me in the slightest makes it less of an issue.... wow you're petty not to mention selfish. I've spent my money in this game too you know. Get #$%#$ing real. Yes I'd like to think it's OK to CARE about a game a little bit to want one pathetic idea implemented.
It's not like I'm asking for more than 5 minutes of someones time. Not like I'm proposing some elaborate idea, a whole mission chain or new gp items or something that actually requires real coding. Don't let me stop you from finding the most lamest excuse ever to shoot me down. No worries I don't expect to post again because IMHO nobodies listening anyway just like the other three years of people sucking up to the dev saying "zomg too much coding" for a 5 minute issue.

Yes it bloody well is my business I support ideas that help active players, not those who freely admit they went inactive, AGAIN. You want an idea that takes 5 minutes to bring in, here's an idea....... Use the fix that is already in place for this repair issue, it's called logging in once a day to collect minerals, know how long that takes? 10 seconds a day.

instead of complaining, use the options you have take Devices, where I have 120 systems installed you can sort it in 3 categories, (Item / Ability / Options) and in aech category you can sort desending or asending (1 or 2 clicks on the name) if you know your modules, it not hard to bring the systems you need up on page 1 to 3, to minimize the numbers of clicks you need to do if I want to take my Continuum Analyzer - Mark III ofline, all I realy need to do is sort ability, desending and I get this it not perfect, but if you know what you are doing it realy not a big problem to take systems offline or repair them even if you have 120 Devices on ship, like I have

as someone who has 332 items installed and 12 allies, i still dont have much issue on doing anything with mods....is a tib annoying sure, but so what...saem thing here....spend the 20 minutes and fix everything then if you even log once a day you never have to worry about it
better yet, get a nice income built up and then take however long you need off at a time....i usually have at least 2 months of income on hand and thats with invading every day or two and making gtc purchases etc...
i am not truly opposed to a fix all button...but in the pecking order of things people WANT, need, and which would improve game life for the biggest segment --this seems like a .0001% outlier....
so -.95 from me....not a full -1..but pretty close

I find it annoying having to scroll back and forth to uninstall relays. (Before any condescending arse thinks I let all my mods rot, which I didn't, and say something like get 'get active')
I mean, gee, its not gonna ruin your gaming experience, while it certainly is gonna make ours. So far, the main argument against this I heard was make your ship bigger. I have 3k hulls, making my ship weak compared to most pvp ships that made sure not to over expand. I still can only put like 80% of the mods I want on, so I need to shuffle another 20 or so mods. Frequently, I forget what 1 of those 20 are, and I have to spend like half an hour searching my modules, or just put some random crap on to fill the space. This argument seems to me like a few serious players who planned out exactly what mods to get and not a single mod they don't want trying to get an edge over the causal player.
Besides, lets not forget we have lives. Say you are at work (I am actually a student but most GL players are workers) and you want to take off your relays and ion cannons because you are about to rank but you don't want your coworkers (or in my case, teachers) to see you off task. It will take like 2 minutes currently, maybe more if you have to repair, while it really is a simple task like that should take no more than 10 seconds with the proper updates. Besides, what if in a hurry, you accidentally activate a dominion tri blaster ability, or something like that and waste it?
The other argument is the current system isn't that bad, and they can resort their mods based on name, ability, etc. So what? Because the current system is some haphazard thing that may work for you doesn't mean it will hurt you by fixing it.

Will they be brought back to SSB?

I find it highly unlikely that more than 10 ships buttered their ship down to a LSB to overcome the install thing. The talk these days is keeping the ship as small as possible to reduce damage cap. I've heard pretty much everyone say how they wish their ship was smaller, and only below rank 100 ships wish their ship was bigger. If you insist, Dan should do a one time reduce ship size for those that sign up if he implements this.
But first come up with 5 ships that buttered their stats by increasing their ship size making them easy to kill.

So now Dan not only has to fix the repair thing for you but develop an algorithm to reduce ship size. Also, how will Dan decide which mods to install for whom? Will he also give the people their Ship bots back?
But first come up with 5 ships that buttered their stats by increasing their ship size making them easy to kill.
We just did, above

now im baffled, so the arguement is shifting to time needed to remove relays??? really????? can that actually take more then 30 seconds?? OMFG......i work, go to gym daily, work homework with my daughter, help with dinner and watch movies and still play here daily.... i went to university and graduated and found i had literally 5-8 hours a day to do whatever...and that was with GF, job, and full load...who are you people who can't remove relays without crying like a bytch?

Yeah, you haven't given a single reason why it shouldn't be added yet, just a personal rant and ad hominem attack. Please enlighten us how this will hurt your ship/gameplay experience.
You haven't responded to: 1. It is annoying to do every time you need to rank. 2. You need to dig through mods every time , 4 times for each relay and 4 times for each ion pulse ballistae 3. Just because you have free time doesn't mean you will need to uninstall it in your free time. Maybe you have a job where you can play on your phone without any consequences, but don't speak for everyone. And besides, not everyone has 5-8 hours of free time. 4. What if you accidentally activate an ability that requires GP recharge shifting through mods in a hurry,

What if you accidentally activate an ability that requires GP recharge shifting through mods in a hurry, Points 1 & 2: I don't uninstall relays or ion pulse ballistae, in fact instead, i made the decision to add 640 additional engineers than what i needed at those early ranks, so i didn't need to bother with such a trivial action which resulted in awful financial costs to me as i ranked lots early on, so it saved me loads of credits to just add more engineers. P.S. to get to the relays right away, open energy tab, click the item tab(so you reverse the order of modules) and the first 4 items will be your relays(assuming you have hyperchannel relays) and they will stay there too. So it's easy and quick to uninstall/install in seconds. Point 3: That's a non issue anyway as the only items anyone needs to uninstall/reinstall with any regularity would be relays, my point above shows how it can be done in 10 seconds through 7 clicks. Click Ship > Click Energy Tab > Click Items to reverse order > click uninstall on 4 relays. < repeat to re-install. Point 4: Send an in-game report stating as such & Dan will refund the charge to you. If for whatever reason, you need to repeatedly uninstall or reinstall modules for certain differing aspects of the game, i.e. a different mod set for PvP, NPC, Invades, Scanning or Hacking then sorry but you made the decision to run a low deck count ship. The time constraints that come with all of that uninstalling/reinstalling/repairing are your consequences to keeping your deck count low in return for making your ship difficult to kill for almost anyone.

You haven't responded to: 1. It is annoying to do every time you need to rank. 2. You need to dig through mods every time , 4 times for each relay and 4 times for each ion pulse ballistae as kirk stated ... all you need to do is put on more engineers to compensate for the diff and then you just keep your relays on full time. problem solved with no need for the dev to tweak things. until legion missions came out, i was probably what most players would consider an ultra.slow ranker, and i pretty much completely neglected engineers. i did the mod.shuffle every rankup for hundreds of ranks. however, LMs gave me the incentive to re.balance that and i now keep engineers equal with helmsmen, with any surplus going to TACOs. between that and the higher rank allowing me more decks, i don't bother shuffling mods during rankup anymore, and only switch up for invasions or scan runs. so until YOU have done everything in your power to manage the issue, don't keep yakkitying for a dev lifeboat when you can easily swim to the shore yourself. try to stand up instead of flailing and you might find that the water you are floundering in is only 5 feet deep.
