Add a new setting to enable the option of having a pop-up appear displaying the reward when killing an npc that has various drops. I know , i know , you can hover over the question mark....only if you're on a computer.

I can do that on my phone too. just zoom in and press and hold your finger over the "?" mark until the text displays. Works for me.

Newer Samsung devices running Android have an option feature that allows you to "hover" over items just by, well... Hovering your finger over the screen. Smart Gesture, I believe it's called.
