I am entirely against that. This artifact cost the player 60 CTP or 20 if he was a Merchant.

didn't people use to pay 100ish ctp for the XP boosting share item not so long ago? Now that much difference. Go for it.

I prefer people hit enough seasonal NPCs to get the seasonal rewards or they do not get the seasonal rewards.
Seems pretty fair as it is to me. |

More ale wouldn't hurt but in my mind thats a weighting issue rather than a not sharable issue.
