you should be able to use Star Chart Purger on a planet that you cant use artifact on otherwise you will not be able to remove it.

Although I feel your pain, as I'm sure most of us do, unfortunately going to have to be a -1 from me. If you want the planet removed from your scans, then invade it (or pay someone to invade it) and destroy the inhibitor and abandon.

I do not want to invade a planet to remove it. I would have invaded the planet if i wanted that planet. Should be able remove a planet from my planet database. this artifact should be able to be used on planet that does not allow you to use artifact.

As mentioned before, -1 because the whole point of the warp inhibitor is to prevent people from using artifacts, not just including but especially star chart purgers.

I pretty much only put them on planets I want somebody to take and abandon because they can't purge them to save myself the 5GP cost of abandoning.

They SHOULD be void once a player goes Inactive for X amount of time, though. Otherwise it is just making scanning good planets harder and so few good ones are left.

Technically, youre not using the purger on the planet. Youre using the purger on your own database, so it should work

what he said...conceptually hard to imagine i cant wipe my own database from "knowing" that planet is out there
