I have an idea for a new enemy artifact...
So as we all know there is an artifact that instantly removes all shields from an enemy player called a Krionite Torpedo.
I'm thinking, why not make one that removes all the hull instead, I see this as a viable artifact and I would give a +10 into the development of this.

Either your suggesting 1. making it so that anyone can kill anyone, irrespective of all the work that's gone into toughening up their ship build in two artifacts or 2. suggesting buffing the destructive ability of the kritonite torpedo to 66% of ship durability from the already high 33% through a complex system making it so that players cannot be hit with the two different artifacts one after the other.
Neither suggestion is a good one. Complete destruction of a players shield and defence through artifacts is powerful enough for artifacts.

Krionite Torpedoes already makes shields essentially useless for PVP defense. Sure, let's make hull meaningless as well. And give everybody a hug and participation trophy while we're at it.

im totally baffled here...whats the point of any hull and defense if one arti would essentially kill any ship in the galaxy? i would just quit...

If it works ONLY on SSB's it would be AMAZING!!! If not....yet another advantage for SSB's and low damage cap that needs fixing ASAP.

They are not exclusive, ANY SSB could rank up to the rank required (which I beleave would be rank 4000) and still get the benfits of both  You can have it both ways the LSB's can't lol. Still rocks being SSB all the way.

Id say alter the original poster's idea to either nerfing the enemy's hull ( with potential for deck damage ) or 10% hull per shot max 2 shots per target
