right now mylarai is pretty close to completely defunct with toxic purifers being incredibly easy to get your hands on. therefore I suggest a small change to mylarai to make it better at increasing mining.

Currently the medal 'improved enrich' provides a 20% mining buff for 40 hours after each use. I suggest mylarai is changed so that it instead provides a 10% permanant passive mining buff when used to the planet, similar to the way trade outpost intelligence and arelen patronage offer permanent passive production boosts.

While mylarai still wouldnt nessesarly be able to compete with the ap hungry galaxy at least it would be able to provide more than just a common toxic purifier every 80 hours.

You know what I like this. With EM I would say more important than CTP nowadays, a perm mining buff would be a good thing.
Throw in Excavator to replace Merchant and I'll swap in a heartbeat.

anyone using mylarai to build a mining planet is "doing it wrong". (likewise kronyn to build a research planet). taltherian to build an arti planet is passable. however, the best use of these racial abilities is to even out productions before using terraformers. mylarai is actually the best one, since most players will have focused on getting arti.focused planets, most of which have correspondingly decent research production, and meagre mining production.

me, i will be going mylarai merchant as soon as the elios event ends (or long enough to get my lazuli medal) in preparation for the chuhn event in september.
