lock or kill shot npc option

How about adding an option to npc hunting to allow the alerting player to set an option requiring a lock to get an award? Getting tired of folks just covering the minimum percentages especially on three slot npcs. If more than 3 attack.. how about. Giving a 4th award to 4th place IF they also make the kill shot?

that could be exploited very easily. still, its an interesting idea. but think of it this way. 3 people do 33% damage. im watching waiting. i do the last hit, spending 5 energy, but doing the kill shot. its like an automatic leech system. so, although the ideas interesting, -1.
As for locking in, when i fist breach the level gap im usually too weak to lock in, or if my coleader is speed killing npcs, i usually only have time to hit twice before he kills it. so, -1 for that too.
