Anti Neural device

 Sometimes I really wish I could get less xp from NPCing. So I was thinking an anti-neural interface. It gives -15% xp for 20 min. Make it a new mod obtained from a LM or new bi-weekly.
Initial stats: Size 25 Attack 50 Defense 50 Cloak 50 Upgrades up to 200%. Unlocks ability of anti neural interface with a 20 hour cooldown, and a PVP bonus of +5% attack and defense vs ships with less than a 2:1 deck to rank ratio. Requires minimum of 3 decks/rank to install. Uninstalls automatically if you fall below that. Ok, ready....go. Criticize away cause I haven't thought this one through yet. lol |

Ok look I hate SSB as much (or likely much more) than most people but this mod is rather silly since eventualy EVERYONE becomes SSB as you rank up, basicly over time this mod would deliberately hinder you.
