 Suggestion for war tab ( I know this has been posted before)

There has been a lot of chat about a War Tab but there has been no ideas to manage war so legions don't get out of control. I suggest leaders and officers can form a Deceleration Of War, when this is formed all the previous offensives and future offensives from the opposing legion will be charted and once it reaches 50 offensives the Officers and Leaders can make their final vote on whether or not to declare war. Another suggestion is that if an opposing legion tries to take your legion base then war is voted on by officers and leaders.
Once war is declared a notification will be placed in the news feed of both legions and by clicking it it will show you every player in that legion and all will be vulnerable to offensives. Also your chances of finding a planet when hacking will be doubled and your chances of a successful raid will be doubled. All scanned planets of the opposing legion will be in one area and the location will not expire until the war is over.

The war is over when:

_An officer or leader forms an NAP and the legion sending the NAP will be declared the loser

_The legion base is invaded

_5 planets from one legion are invaded

_All ships from one legion have been disabled 10 times

Rewards:

_Enemy Planets ( To those who manage to invade them)

_300Xp to each member of the winning legion

_At the end of the war all unspent enemy resources will be taken and distributed equally to all members of the wining legion

_Half of the Planetary Production Output of the enemy legion will be taken and distributed equally to the winning legion for 3 days

You had a really good idea going there until you hit the rewards. The xp bonus I'm fine with, maybe a little high but ok. Enemy gets to keep my planet? You mean I'm never allowed to try to take it back? BS. And the resources... You take my unspent resources while I'm at work because someone managed to take someone else's planet to make 5 captures before I have a chance to clear out 12 hours worth? Plus take half my production for 5 days? I would be done with the game right then and there. I'm sure quite a few other players would quit at that point too.

PS.. For those about to say "Then don't lose", put a sock in it. :roll:

No one ever said you couldn't take back your planet, unless you have an NAP. As for the resource thing, how about 3 days. Yea don't know what I was thinking with the Xp thing how about 300 to each member of the winning side. If you want to avoid getting your unspent resources taken then do what I do: When you know your going to get farmed by someones legion then spend all minerals, artifacts, and research units.
