Say you're in an active legion, with 50 members. You each share 2 a day (the max), and realistically most of these will go to the few members in most legions (I.e. Outside top 10 or 20) who are very active. So they get some 25 extra purgers per day.

If they are running a basic 5 top scanners, and a few misc. Modules for scan, they will need to clear around 700 planets before each blitz.

That means that without arti pulls, they could clear the 700 in 28 days.

Say they make 30000ap/hr , which is normal for a rank 1000 who plays normally (I.e. Doesn't forum too much and isn't a reset) they might get some 15 purgers a day.

So it would almost triple the scans you can do. That just means that its 3 times harder for lower ranks to hold onto their planets from high ranked players, as they can't defend sucessfully against 40k unbuffed attack, and can't permacloak.

And in this example, that's just 25 a day - there are usually some 3 r.1000's in decent legions. They could offer some money/research/mining planets for daily alerts, and that would not be good.

They are non-shareable and non-sendable for a reason
