One minor annoyance I have is when I have just conquered a planet. I am putting the usual assortment of structures on it, when it suddenly says: Not enough (mineral) to build.

Perhaps right below that it should say: Buy X (mineral)? Yes No

Would save me the step of closing the window, going to trade, buying the mineral, going to planet, choosing planet, choosing build, choosing the structure.
