sgtlynch told me I should do this, so here it is.
NPC Badges
Black Badge-Awarded for disabled 10 common or uncommon NPCs.
Silver Badge-Awarded for disabled or doing 40% or more damage to a rare NPC.
Gold Badge-Awarded for disabling or doing 25% or more damage to an elite NPC.
Platinum Badge-Awarded for disabling for doing 25% or more damage to an extremely rare NPC.
Rewards 5 Black Badges-Sabotage Drone-Artifact-Lowers an NPC's attack and defense by 15% for three hours.
15 Silver Badges-Transponder Identifier-Module-5 space-Increases your chance of finding a rarer NPC by 5% Limit 4
20 Silver Badges-Tracer Turret-Module-10 space-Deals 100 damage to NPCs only. Limit 4
25 Platinum Badges-Electron Tracer Turret-module-12 space-Deals 150 damage to NPCs only. Limit 2
I think this would make everybody, "Including me" very happy. Anybody else like it?

I wish that Dan would love it....I'm sure NPCers would be extremely excited if this was introduced.

-.- Like I said in another thread to I think you the purpose of the badges was probably to CUT DOWN PvE and increase PvP. If this was added, it would completely negate the effects of the original update. -1000

I think it would have been nice to increase incentive by just increasing the xp per an attack instead of making PVP completely compulsory to getting items. I like the idea of getting some kind of reward for doing well more than your share on an NPC because I end up doing it anyways to open spots on my battle tab and it is probably required in smaller legions without enough members that can see a certain NPC.

Well, with something like the black badges, who wouldn't want to take out any NPC they see? Then people also wouldn't waste time beating up on the noobs who don't nee to be disabled, raided, or hacked.

Let me rephrase it, the purpose of the badges was to increase incentive for PvP, so that there would be more PvP outside of wars and planets. Even now I don't think there is enough. In a war game like this I should be getting attacked and disabled or at least have a trap triggered once every 2 days, outside of war. If this was added, it would add even MORE incentive for PvE, when the artifact rewards were IMO already enough.
EDIT: In case you don't understand what's PvP/PvE PvE means Player versus Environment, which is NPC killing, PvP is Player Versus Player.
