I was thinking about those complex tech parts.
I found only two mission threads using them.
It would be nice to be able to use them on another basis:

Artifact name or Mission name : Frontier Town Visit.
Required for use : complex tech parts and X energy
Reward Alien technology.
Ladder to be established. Same draw principle as artifact draw.

Number of uses : 1

The Frontier Town gets raided for trading in alien technology.
Luck was on your side, you escaped the raid with a nice piece of alien tech.
