 A new artifact ? The planetary Inverse Warp Field Emitter

Chatting with my legion buddies, the idea popped up that it would be nice to have a new planetary defensive artifact :

Inverse Warp Field Emitter
Duration 12 hrs

Prevents enemies from warping away defenders for 12 hours.

There is already a device that does that, it is called a Planet Vortex Deflector.

Honestly, if anything I think the Wormhole Emitter needs to be made better, not worse. Frequently, a guard will immediately return to the planet, thus wasting the artifact and the 30 energy it costs to use, which is a significant amount. I'd suggested they decrease the energy cost or make it force the player to stay off the planet for a certain amount of time.

Only if they are on and you attempt to take right after it is stolen. There are way around this. Long ago before the formation of the legions as we know them now, I lost a planet to the then DOO. Even Nocifer was guarding it, but I waited them out and got it back. And warped 2 of the guards in the process. They wer not online to come right back.

-1 to the idea of changing it.

I agree, point made, I wasted 8 of them uselessly.

The warp emitter certainly is underpowered. Perhaps making it so you can get warped and not allowed to guard any planet at all let's say? (lost in the wormhole or whatever :P)
