This would be a very simple altercation with the game, i propose that we add submenus to the ship equipment screen, seperating the looted and mission reward modules from researched tech. This way there will never be an accidental mission/loot module sale because of slow internet. The other day i was playing on a mac and the computer couldnt keep up with what i was doing, and i almost accidently sold my psionic amplifier. If the submenus are implimented it would prevent any accidents like this from happening.

One more thing, seperating defenses from shields so that they are two seperate catagories. this catagory is by far the biggest one and i think there are enough shields and defenses in the game to legitimize a seperation.

Dude you will get a prompt asking if you really want to sell the rare drop items if you have them. Eventually you will sell some drops for improved version you get later on. I.e. Dark Ring Thruster for Dark Complex thrusters.
