I don't know if this has been suggested before,
But could it be possible to create an artifact that abandons your colony?
We all have planets we thought were great to invade six months ago, but now we've grown out of.
Having this will help invasion and colonization costs and make optimization possible.
Just an idea I wanted to throw out there.

Agreed, i know its an option if u have thee GP to do it, but maybe a a hard to get artifact that doesnt cost GP, i too have many uselesss planets, that are inefficient.

I think this is a good idea. To keep from eliminating the need to spend money on the abandon colony GL points it should be rare.

not in the normal drops. make it a mission artifact, but make it so u have to sacrifice purgers to get it. 20 purgers for 1 planet abandon art.

It should require an artifact to do, but I would prefer to see it be subspace seekers, especially since purgers are a mission reward artifact now (Stellar Cartography).

Purgers are still part of the artifact draw, along with the additional option of doing a mission for it.
