some sort of battle log for the entire legion that has details on when someone in the legion performs an offensive action or when someone performs an offensive action on someone in the legion

You might want to add a maximum amount of lines to that, in a large legion that would grow pretty fast. (Wars would create massive logs) And maybe specify "actions" as being toward PCs only?
