Many evony-like games have a rating on players that set a tone to other players. With this, you could open up a whole new can of worms on strategy in PVP combat, new mission requirements, and even penalties to certain artifacts (like engineered viruses). This also can make a "most despised"/"most respected" leaderboard for players and legions. Player reputation stages could include anywhere from Protector, Hero, and Paladin to Ronin, Criminal, and Blackguard. It's the best way to mark your legion as either the defender of the inocent or scourge of the universe.

Everyone you attack , if you start it or not , will just give you a bad rating.

what would also be nice is a counter so when you click on somone you can see how many times you have destroyed or been destroyed by that certian player... a simple + - counter would be great +2 you have killed this player 2 times or -2 been killed by him 2 times.
