Artifact usage - Legion Planet

Why can't I use artifacts (like void shell, sentries) on my legion's planet? Only the flux probe. Perhaps it would be good to allow defensive artifacts to be used on legion planets
Also, can't use artifacts on my legion's ship.
Also, ion cannon (or one of them) during mouse hover will show it's picture extra large (around 2x height n width).

I wonder if it is possible to have one of your own planet made 'Invadable' only by your legion members.

This may be possible. For now, you will need to send those beneficial artifacts through trade.

Would be good if I see a legion planet under attack and use a cloning pod immediately instead of hoping the legion is online by sending one through trade...
