 New artifact idea

One that lowers the chances of getting a specific artifact. Whenever I receive an artifact shipment this is what I do

Really, i got 4 processing cores 4 refining labs three phase cutters and 2 spy uplinks from one artifact bar nearly full at about 17k points. Ive already got maxxed chassis on most of my planets.

I would like an artifact that you could use to cut the chances of getting a specific artifact by lets say 25% because of the reasons above.

I'll gladly take any chassis you don't want. And you can have all my Ancient Crystal Foci, Spy Probes, and Containment Cages.

Seriously I would love to cover all my planets in nothing but chassis. More efficient and cost effective than even the level 10 production buildings.

This... Plus one will always have more planets that need new chassis.

That being said, I do understand your feeling and agree with you. At some point you will not get what you want because you are getting stuff you don't need. That is where I am now. I need Spy Uplinks but I keep getting Foci, spy probes, etc.

I'm not sure there is an answer. The closest I could think of is something like Alchemy. IE, a Warp Gate couple be disassembled into a Unstable Wormhole Emitter and something else (total artifact points you get from disassembling would be less than the item being disassemble.

Warp Gate Chassis: 4000 artifact points
disassembles to
Unstable Wormhole Emitter: 2100 artifact points
Repair Nano Drones: 300 artifact points
Shield Restorer: 400 artifact points


2x Unstable Wormhole Emitter: 2100 artifact points
2x Repair Nano Drones: 300 artifact points
2x Shield Restorer: 400 artifact points
assembles to
Warp Gate Chassis: 4000 artifact points

Thats actually a great idea! But there will still be times when you get useless stuff, but I guess thats a part of the game.

I would definately want something to reduce the amount of specific chassis I get. I have so many relay towers, refining labs, proccessing cores, and warp gates that I can afford to put them all on my abundant gas planet (my lowest producing of all). I would love to trade them in for the "2 per planet" chassis artifacts.
