Post mail system
i think there should be some kind of mail system to make it easier to communicate with other players

I believe this is called "comms" and are in game.

i think something that costs no energy, currently it does. and maybe a tab used for private chatting from the ship, or the legion comms.

ship to ship posts cost 5 energy, but legion comm posts cost nothing.
