New forum to isolate future spam

The alliance update will lead to promotional posts. I think there should be a whole new forum dedicated to threads such as "add me", ""e-mail mass-add list" and "Teh Dark Side is Awesomez". Everyone and their little brother will start one. Spam has never been a serious problem here and it would be a shame if that happened.

My favorite button, "view active topics" will be broken, but we must accept that.

Just have it like they do on other MMOs and have a guild recruitment forum, or in the case, a LFL- looking for legion-thread.
