I have a few IDEAS for people to toss around...
On your planets list how about it have a small column to say what your planet is producing next to it so we don't have to click each one to see
Be able to sort by rarity
be able to sort OWNED planets by MAIN production... or be able to personally set a MAIN production category so we can arange them together in groups or art/res/mine
i have a few other ideas but that's all for now thanks!

I agree fully. What I would like to add as well is the ability to hide planets from the scan list. As the list grows and grows, I do not want to see the tiny, toxic planets with very sparse resources. I have a few like that now, and when the list grows to a few hundred, it would be nice to filter them somehow so that they don't show. perhaps you could allow us to set flags on the planets and sort by flags. that would take care of 2 issues at once.

About the post by Mark W, i think it would be good to allow players to flag planets with say numbers 0,1,2...9
That way players can sort planets according to their playing style. Some may put planet to colonize as 9, planets they never want to see as 0.. and so on
Sort by rarity, in my opinion not required. You want to show all gas? Type gas in the search box.

Flags are a great idea!!
I assume they could be things like: - Ignore - Priority 1, 2, 3....
The Ignore flag could be used to remove the planet from your list until you click 'Clear Ignore Flags'

Yes yes! Even being able to sort by planet attributes would help immensely. For example, sort in descending order by size or resource richness, while STILL being able to use the existing filters. Also, add a filter - "unoccupied."

@ Headless, for now if you want to see all "Unoccupied" planets, type Unoccupied in the search box Hope this helps your situation now.

True, seems like the filter box can be used for things like unoccupied, peaked, enemy, etc , Though i didn't test all
