Post Stable Overcharge
IN the wiki is says that stable overcharge increases your weapons systems by 25%, though when it was added to my ship it just added 25 attack..Is that correct?

on the bright side, the effect stacks if you do it over and over and over again all at once...

same for the +defense mission (i think it's the one that requires 1 xts9)
