Well I had made a host of mistakes in the game so having reached level 109 yesterday I restarted. I have now reached level 11 and the NPC's remain at level 130 which is a little bit unrealistic unless I can get a bonus for self assisted suicide?

Cheers! He got it sorted, last time my biggest mistake was spending points on the hold ending up with one that was 250 in size  and hacking when I wasn't a hacker Now reached lev 15
