ship cloak not helping planet cloak

 Hey, I just noticed this and i am not sure if there has been a post before. I recently tripped a firewall trap which causes my ship cloak to drop to zero for 2 hours. I have an excess of null fuses so i just used one to remove the trap. Looking at my ship i once again have my cloak back up. However, the planet i am guarding is not getting a bonus from my ship cloak and instead says i still have zero. I switched back to guard a different planet in case it was just a refresh problem but each planet i guard says i have no cloak bonus from my ship.

try clearing the cache. that solves 99% of the problems with this game.

maybe a dumb question, but is there a cloaking structure on the planet ?
