Why is it that I'm researching Hybrid Theory Dynamics but on the Legion base it still tells me I have to do AI Logistics?
Its Just driving me nutts! Thanks for your help in Advance!

what level base?

and have you tried contributing without upgrading further?

Hybrid Dynamics is needed for access to the CT Lab
the next level of Logistics is Sub-Quantum... but i think that's needed only if your base is already level 5
(i could be wrong, still working on the base portion of the wiki)

LvL 4 base, but its been doing it for a while, and since others dont seem to have the problem... I don't think its on the base. I can and have put in energy and Tech parts but because it still says that I haven't researched AI - I can't contribute Exotic Matter, even though there are at least 7 other legion members that can... if I'm past AI in the research why is it telling me still that I need to research it still?

It's not telling you to research it still, it's simply letting you know the research level required for base contributions, regardless if you have passed it or not. You can clearly contribute since you have put in Tech Parts and Energy, and I would imagine that you can't contribute EM either because the base need for EM has been fulfilled, or you don't have any. I'm thinking the former of the two options for the EM though.

aye, what he said.. it'll always say the research level needed, regardless of whether you have that level yet or not...

and for contributing... if the button is grayed out, you don't have enough energy or any tech parts or em... if the button is missing, that part of the contribution requirements for the current base level has already been completed
