Tactical Re-modulation removes Mission NPCs

 I dont know if this is a bug or was meant to be this way, but I decide to test it. I am now short 2 Tevrazon Gas Tank.

I'd wondered on that one too, but those aren't the ships I'd've tested on (my target would've been the one that this week's mission gives)

Tactical remod. also removes elites/bosses that has not been alerted.. just FYI
