Ok, a Telarys Carrier got alerted today in The Unknown. Problem is that the thing must be on steroids or HGH or something. Due to either a bug in the system, or too much lag-time, this Telarys required 90625 damage to kill. Rather impressive for an Elite with a combined 90K shield/hull. Its mainly just an annoyance, but the extra 625 costs at least 5 energy points, possibly 10 or 15 depending on whose guns are doing the shooting. This isn't the first time I've actually NOTICED this happening (had a couple extra beefy Okkilors back in the day) and I have no idea on how many Elite/Boss NPCs this has gone UNNOTICED. How much energy has been lost over time due to this "annoyance" ? Both screen shots were taken after what SHOULD have been the kill shot... ![]() ![]() |
