so... i noticed i showed up on the bt. no big deal. but, i got disabled twice. this i also wouldnt really care about, BUT i was not repaired inbetween disables. therefore, im wondering how this happened...

i was disabled and then 2 minutes later, disabled again, so i know it wasnt a clicking too fast problem, and the two players are in different legions so i know it wasnt a calculated strike. also, the second player posted that he one-shotted me, so i know i had a bit of health left.

honestly, im past the point of caring about combat rep, and if i get 100 deaths, then i'll go legionless for a bit and get a few easy kills, but i think this problem needs to be addressed. ive read about it before on this forum, and thought it might have been fixed, but apparently not. just reporting the glitch.

Same thing has happened to me, but it was awhile back. One thing to consider is that legion mates can repair your ship "without your permission" If they see you disabled in the list, they have to option to repair you. Everyone knows it's rude to do unless that player has indicated it's OK, but that ~could~ be the problem.

It shows up in your log if someone repairs you, though.

Were you guarding a planet? If so, this happened to a friend of mine because he was.

If you get disabled while guarding a planet you can no longer guard it until you repair and reguard. Vekno is not talking about getting disabled while having 0 actions.

if both disables come on the same time then they were ganging up on you and your ship got hit at around the same time. Causing you to get 2 disables. I happens too on NPC when a share gets disabled by 2 players at the same time people get double artifact drops. but it rarely happens. but yes it can happen

Weird to see this after what happened to me today... thought for sure I encountered a bot of some kind.

Attacked a legionless ship... took exactly 100 energy to kill and the very second I disabled it.. it repaired.. like a split second after. So.. did it again to see... again 100 energy exactly and a split second after the disable.. repaired. Seemed too automatic to be a human repairing..

.. weird.

RiskyPotato is correct, this also happened to me, the news log said i was disabled by two ships without repairing at the exact same time.

It caused much confusion and some investigating had to be done before i could say exactly what happened.

I think, in these cases, a message should be issued that shows the circumstance in which you were disabled...

Yes, but he said there were two minutes between the disables.

i was not repaired inbetween that time, and the two people who disabled me were from different legions. so i dont think it was a gangbang. especially since it is 2 miinutes apart... thats why i think its a glitch.

Do not...use gangbang...in that context.
