I'm not really sure where to post this other than maybe the galaxy pub so I'm posting it here.

it seems that a legion mate has alerted a planet that was stolen from him sometime ago and when it was stolen it had planetary shields. the new owner upgraded them to obviation barriers.

he's saying that the planet is still showing planetary shields but what I see are obviation barriers.
has this happened to anyone else?
