Cant contribute to legion base!

I moved to a sister legion about 8 days ago and every day i try to contribute to our base but i get a message saying "Must research A>I Logistics" but i researched this ages ago.
Can anyone help please?

Are you sure you researched 'AI Logistics', or just 'Advanced Logistics'?
