I assume you are looking at a Gas Planet? Most population structures cannot be built on gas planets.
Also, production structures will only be available if the planet produces that type of resource.

I have completed the research of Planetary Construction and lvl1 of Advanced Robotics. However, the option to build the Habitation Modules nor the Extraction Drones appear in my planets. Is it a bug or is there another research I need to do before they appear as an option of construction in my planets? |

Ok! Thanks for the explanation! It was a Gas planet and now that I finished lvl2 of Advanced Robotics I noticed I am able to build the Robotics Lab. Once again, thanks for the explanation and fast response. |
