Will we get any advance notice that the bases will be going live for battle? Or will it be a semi-surprise as to when, just one morning wake up and people are fighting? |

I wondered that myself. It seems like even at just level 5, if defended by our members our base wouldn't be able to be destroyed. However smaller legions' bases if left undefended wouldn't stand a chance. I'm not sure if bases will even be able to be defended by player's ships - I'd like to know about that though. I imagine legions will at the very least be able to change out their bases modules when an attack happens. |

i bet you'll get an alert like when one a your planets gets attacked, then you can choose to guard as you would a planet |

We'll definitely be giving a clear notice about combat details several days before it goes live, giving players time to prepare. Note that there is still a lot to test and tweak. |

If legion base requires ships to guard it to strengthen its defense then I feel sorry for GD with their new ownership of Exotica.. Messy and Exotica will suddenly become a liability cuz it divides GD to guard base and exotica.. If legion base actually requires guarding then we definitely don't want to re-capture Exotica at all. Why capture it if it will become a liability and divide our defense power of our base? No thx.. |
