Hey Dan, back in December you said there would be more tech in a "couple of weeks". I am wondering what happened to that?

Ideas are still being tossed around - some new tiers will definitely be available by the end of the month.

New tiers as in completely new tech trees or as in more tiers of the trees we already have?

"Tiers" suggests more levels in the existing fields, not whole new branches. New research branches would need a reason, which means the addition of other new features too to give those branches a purpose, ie. fighter research for building hangars and fighters.
