 At rank 9999, multiple NPCs become available (even out of season). At 10000, NPCs stop loading. I'm not ready to retire.....I like the idea of any possible NPC past 9999. Dan, good sir - can you just extend the 9999 behavior to 10000+

Just remove the upper rank limit on npcs
