T.O. Harvest Vaults 6 not upgrading

Post subject:  T.O. Harvest Vaults 6 not upgrading
I tried to upgrade two T.O. Harvest Vault 6's and absolutely nothing happened except that my Archotage Amplifiers were wasted and the Energy wasted on my ship.

T.O. Harvest Vault VI Mining: 8, Mining Storage: 7000 Recover
T.O. Harvest Vault VI Mining: 8, Mining Storage: 7000 Recover


P.S: I find it odd that you can recover Vault 6's but cannot recover these:

T.O. Harvest Vault IV - Upgraded Mining: 5, Mining Storage: 5500

and same goes for upgraded Vault V's.

EDIT: I sent a ticket in before posting this.

any amplified building is not extractable.

i wasted an amplifier on a failed harvest vault upgrade yesterday as well .. was going to try today's amplifier again before sending in a ticket .. but looks like it's a general bug.

My harvest vault did not upgrade as well, and I saw that someone's TO harvester didn't upgrade the population either. Ticket submitted.

also the text description on the amplifier is indicating Captured T.O. Harvester V ... should be VII.

can confirm this as well but i did not care saved me a upgrade item for another planet lol as i could not remember what they did anyways lol and to lazy to read up on the stuff from the past lol
