My attack on the ship screen is wrong it has dropped and lost the green colour and does not show my anubix ability any more also if i hit a npc it give stats that are 30k above my usual unbuffed npc attack so its like i have buffs on but i did not have any on at all. i have e-mailed Dan about it.

Check your "View Ship Stats" and the "Effects" tab. It will show if anything is affecting you. Also, if you missed your upkeep and your modules broke they will uninstall - including Anubix.
